What's the difference between UOA and UPA/USUA? [message #109974]

I have not seen a UOA game, and only read about the organization here on RSD. I have not seen a UPA game in over 5 years.

My question: What is the difference between the two? I understand they are different organizations and one focuses on the officiating side (UOA). But when playing, what rules are different? What's different about officiating?
