The inaugural Indoor Ultimate National Championship Series is taking place this March and April all across the United States. There will be a series of 10 qualifier tournaments (Regionals) throughout the month of March. Visit to find out which Region you are in. Nationals will be in either New Jersey or Massachusetts in early April. We are still finalizing details for a few of the tournaments, but expect to have everything in place by early next week. This is a co-ed series, 5v5 on a field 38 yards long by 25 yards wide with 6 yard deep endzones. Each team is required to have at least 2 people of each gender on the field at all times. Games will be played to time, not points, continuous play, subbing on the fly, and a 6 second stall count are the other major rules changes.

I am reaching out to the Ultimate Community past and present to ask for their help in growing Youth Ultimate in Maryland and the region . The great news is that there are a lot of schools that already play and there will soon be more programs starting

I am looking for Volunteers, (Thank You to those who already have offered to help !) Team Captains, Teacher and Administration Contacts, and any Ideas, Concepts, or Advice that you may have .Please ask your kids or your neighbors kids if Ultimate is being played at their school. I am interested in establishing a group of contacts and getting everybody communicating with each other.I am sure there are a lot of things going on that i am not aware of. I believe there may be the opportunity to demo the sport in some schools so please let me know if you have a flexible schedule . Please feel free to forward this message to any interested parties.

I am organizing a Regional Youth Ultimate Summit that will take place this Thursday, Jan 24th @ 7 PM @ Looneys Pub (8180 Maple Lawn Blvd, Fulton, MD 20759).

I am inviting all interested parties from WAFC, CMUA ,FAU, Arundel, and FUN to attend. This location is more or less central to all parties involved. I am also asking Club and college players, Coaches and advisers to attend. I know there are a lot of people doing great things for youth ultimate and I think getting together and meeting would be great. I would like to get an approximate head count so please RSVP when you can. Thank you.

A lot of people have been visiting The Ultimate Athlete Project this week but not signing up. Maybe you're still not sure these programs will work for you. Or maybe you're not totally sure what The Ultimate Athlete Project is. Maybe The Ultimate Athlete Project is something that has to be experienced to be fully understood.

So I want you to try this for yourself to see what a strength and conditioning program designed for athletes really feels like. If you decide it's not for you, that's totally fine. But you will learn a lot in that first month that you can apply to your training however you decide to go about it.

To help make your decision even easier, for today only when you sign up, you'll also get a free Ultimate Athlete Project arm sleeve made by Five Ultimate.
(you can see pics of them on The Ultimate Athlete Project page on Facebook) Normally, all of my athletes get their sleeves three months in. But for today only, you don't have to wait!

Look, The Ultimate Athlete Project is only $15/month. If you sign up today, you get access to the Preparation Phase which helps you get ready for more intense training if you haven't had much lifting experience AND you have access to Phase 1 which is the first strength building phase. So even if you decide not to stay with us, $15 gets you 2 months of strength and conditioning training AND a free arm sleeve.

What exactly are you waiting for?
