This year is the 10th anniversary of the National Ultimate Training
Camp and we are expanding from 3 to 4 sessions this summer. We will
be taking applications from anyone who would like to be a Counselor or
Counselor-in-Training for the next 3 weeks. Candidates should have
considerable playing/coaching/teaching experience with youth players.

Hi Tina,
On the application, it says "Choose a skill you need to be successful
at ultimate. Assume you have about 20 players who need to learn this
skill. Explain how you would teach it in a 20-30 minute session. *
When you are done with the application process it would be really
great if you posted some of the best answers to this question.

Hmmmmm . . . I'll see what I can do. I have certainly received some
thorough and thoughtful answers.
