A friend of mine finally released an Ultimate iPhone app we've been wanting for a while.
"Ultimate Toolbox" includes a searchable 11th Edition rulebook, an animated playbook, and scoreboard.
The rulesbook is sweet. you can search for key words or phrases, and when other rules are referenced, you can click on the link to get a popup screen of the referenced rule.
Its pretty sweet. Look for "Ultimate Toolbox".

You NEED to either get rid of the noises or provide settings to turn
them off. They make me want to throw the iphone across the room.

Hi,
I'm the developer for Ultimate Frisbee Toolbox.
Thanks for the feedback, I have fixed some bugs and also provided an audio toggle button so you can turn off the audio if you want. This will be in the version 1.1 release. Hopefully it will be available within the week (approval process is about 1 week it seems these days).
Any additional feedback is greatly appreciated and taken into consideration!

a small child ran out onto the field at ECC. meanwhile, a disc was in
the air.
i did a search of the rules and couldn't find "baby" or "baby on the
field" anywhere.
therefore, it was unclear what the resolution should be.
please fix that.

The playmaker is sweet!
...but only when it works. I created a play, saved it, then created a 2nd play... when I went to save it, my app froze. Closed the app, tried again, same problem. If you can fix the bug, I'd recommend this to anyone!
