Two gripes:
1) why were we given two year expired Pirate Booty?
2) did the tournament sponsors really think they could rent a hotel
room without speaking with the management and fill it with booze and a
few hundred people, and not have it get busted within a half hour?
Part B: why wasn't the booze freely distributed to departing teams
when the party was busted (assumed answer: because the tournament
directors now have apartments full of booze that was purchased "for
the tournament").

I could gripe about the weather raining out the fields, but I can't
blame cultimate directly for that.

I'm not affiliated with cultimate in anyway but common sense can
probably answer your questions:

1) Because it was free, if you don't want it don't eat it.

2) They prob didn't which is why they got everyone on the VIP list at
the MGM. There was plenty of booze at the fields until the very end,
and if you wanted a bottle of something, you probably could have asked
and they would have just given it to you.

All things considered, cultimate actually did a good job on this one.
We'll see if they actually report scores for college this year so the
upa rankings could actually mean something.

Giving out two year expired food is borderline irresponsible (do most
people really check the date on packaged foods)

At the party they very rudely kicked everyone out (though I admit that
it's not easy to clear out a room full of drunkards), but they did
actively refuse to give away any of the booze. Just saying the party
was ill planned, and Studio 54 = Painfully Expensive Drinks

Was TIV sanctioned?.....if not, then I doubt the results will matter
much for upa rankings when the series comes around....

Can pirate booty really 'expire'? I mean, after the apocalypse
happens, I think one of your best bets if you survive is going to be
pirate booty. Better than cat food.

My teammate Karl ate half a bag of that stuff. 8 hours later he was
pretending to be a bull. I was gored twice. I realize correlation
does not equal causation, but I think cultimate should take this into
account for future tournaments.

I think all the liquor left over from Saturday was on the fields
Sunday, as well as 1/4 a keg. If you are a Puckers man, it was
Christmas.
