Here's a non-english book which is in the MDSC holdings.

Frisbee Sport Exercise, Chu Fengliang & Xiong Wenzong, Yang Shouming
(photographer), Taiwanese publisher, 1976, 240 pg.

I snagged it off E-bay several years back.
