Puppet Regime, the NYC tri-state area mixed team, will be hosting open
tryouts once again this year. We're looking to build on last year's
strong performances, which included a 5th place tied finish at
Nationals, by adding new talent in '09.

Our team has historically practiced in Westchester County. While a
majority of our team has lived in the city, our practice location
made commuting easy for 2008 Puppets hailing from northern NJ,
southern CT, upstate NY, and even Long Island.

This year's tryout process will start with open practices the weekends
of April 11 and May 2.

If you plan on trying out, email us at the address below so we can
keep you in the loop with details on practices as well as upcoming
throwing/beverage consuming gatherings.

puppet <dot> regime <dot> nyc <at> gmail <dot> com

Please include some info about yourself (college/club playing
backgrounds, etc.)

Thanks,
Zac and Justin

Puppet Regime will be holding its first of two open practices on April
11th in Scarsdale, NY. We'll be starting at 3:00 sharp (ready to run)
and will be playing on the field located behind Heathcote Elementary
School (26 Palmer Ave, but enter off Innes Road which is to the right
of the school when facing it from Palmer Ave).

If you plan on attending, please email puppet dot regime dot nyc at
gmail dot com with the following info:

1) Will you be taking the train from Grand Central (1:55 train
arriving at 2:31 in Scarsdale)?
2) If you aren't taking the train, could you pick people up from the
train station and if so, how many?

We understand that this is Easter Weekend and that people are playing/
coaching at college sectionals, so don't worry if you can't make it.
However, please give us a heads up that you are still interested and
ideally that you can make our next open practice which will be held on
the afternoon of May 3rd, likely out in Scarsdale (exact time TBD as
train schedules have not yet been posted).

Thanks,
Zac and Justin
