I have not played Soccer at any competitive level, but I played Ultimate in my university for 3 years. Here was my schedule.

Mondays and Wednesdays: Weight Room, agility 30 minute, lifting 1 hour. Total 90 minutes.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2+ hour practice with a game at the end
Saturday: 3 hour practice
Sunday: 2+ hour practice with a game at the end.

All in all, I remember these 3 years wit Ultimate being very demanding. And of course, I would practice my throws in my free time (about 5 hours a week easily) just as I'm sure soccer player practice their ball handling. I will give more credit to soccer players that most players are playing the entire game where as in Ultimate, every point means a new line. But, I would say that Ultimate players exert more energy per minute playing (5 minutes of Ultimate requires more energy than 5 minutes of Soccer). So it is really hard to compare.

I did live with a D-1 soccer player in college and he came to a few Ultimate practices with the team. He definitely was physically able to compete, and noticeably stood out as a competent player, but he mentioned several times that he was "going to throw up" due to the intensity. But I'm sure I would say the same thing playing soccer. :)
