Quick info:
1. Professionally designed strength and conditioning programs created with ultimate in mind.

2. Build strength and power in the off season. Get in killer shape in the preseason. Avoid over training in season. Peak at the right time.

3. Only $15/month, start with a 2 week trial for only 50 cents and cancel any time. No questions asked.

4. This is the last recommended opening for college, MLU/AUDL, and European players who want to peak in the range of April-June. Club players will have one more chance January 1st. However, the more off season you give yourself, the better your results will be. No reason to wait, really.

Today is the last day to sign up. There will be one more opening in January, but that's recommended only for US club players.

If you're wondering if these programs are for you...

I have athletes of all ages- high school kids to well into masters age athletes. Older athletes have had excellent experiences with the program. Functional strength can really turn back the clock, adding years and pain free enjoyment to your career.

I have casual players, beginners, and competitive players doing well on the programs. That may seem strange, but hey training knowledge is not related to ultimate skill. I've had players representing Johny Bravo, Fury, The Colombian Open worlds team, PoNY, Odysee, Cahoots, Windy City Wildfire, and the Alleycats.

Players who tend to do best in the UAP are those who already have some training experience just because they are used to being on a regular training schedule. The Ultimate Athlete Project makes their training just that much more effective.

If you're interested, you can do a two week trial for 50 cents. Closing tonight at 10PM EST.
