Teams will be accepted based on a competitive rolling basis (Nationals Qualifiers and top Regionals Qualifiers will be accepted immediately), and all teams will be notified by October 7, 2013 as to whether or not they can be accommodated. The bid submission deadline is October 6, 2013.
